$ 39.95/month + $ 295 per transaction fee!
You keep 100% of your Commission!
This is a remarkably low cost monthly plan for new, part time and tenured agents!
That's a 100% Commission for as little as $39.95 month and
$295 per transaction!
And when we say no other PalmerHouse fees, we mean it: No office fees, E&O fees, sign fees, franchise fees, board fees, web fees or technology fees. You earn 100% of the commission! FMLS transaction fees apply to all plans.
#2- TRADITIONAL PRODUCER PLAN
Want to keep your monthly costs at rock bottom?
Our traditional "split" plan has the lowest monthly fees
and you keep 80% of your commission! Just $19.95 per month. And when we say no other PalmerHouse fees, we mean it! No E&O, sign, franchise, board, web or technology fees. You earn 80% of the commission, (80/20 split).
We also offer a $12.95 per month traditional plan. You earn 75% of the commission, (75/25 split.)
#3- TOP PRODUCER PLAN FOR HIGH VOLUME AGENTS
Only $295/ per month with a $39 transaction fee!

The process to join is easy!
If your license is active, just ask your current Broker to “release” you. Then, complete our ICA agreement and we’ll have the GREC re-assign you to PalmerHouse. We can do this on-line and within minutes. If your license is inactive, the transfer may require a GREC change
application. Just call us: we can tell you if a paper change is needed.
