Todd Baker - Buyer's Representative & Listing Specialist
Todd is a native of Statham, Georgia, and graduated from Georgia State University with a Bachelors Degree in Risk Management and Insurance. After graduating, he worked as a commercial underwriter with Allstate Insurance Co. and moved out to Portland, Oregon. Todd returned to his home state to pursue his passion for real estate and has extensive knowledge of land & residential sales. Combined, his vast experience and former profession make him an integral part of the PalmerHouse team. Todd was formerly with 9 Mile Trolley's consulting team. Todd holds an ABR (Accredited Buyer's Representative) designation and is a member of the Atlanta Board of Realtors and the NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS. He spends his free time snowboarding, golfing and fishing.
