Jon Aaron, the real estate consultant who leads the Aaron Realty Team, helps buyers and sellers in Atlanta realize their real estate dreams. His clients are first-time buyers, families and affluent singles exploring upscale opportunities, retirees, empty nesters, vacation home buyers and investors. The properties he and his team represent range from starter homes to condominiums to luxury residences.
Real estate has become increasingly complex over the past few years, says Jon. Negotiations, disclosures, inspections, financing and other contingencies, title work and escrow. Jon is active in the community, serving on the board (recently as Chair) for IMAGE, a non-profit organization affilliated with the Atlanta Film Festival - and is an active member of the National Academy of Television Arts and Sciences. He is a past member of the Atlanta Chamber of Commerce. In his leisure, Jon enjoys reading, movies, politics, bowling and travel. Most of all, he enjoys spending time with his life partner, Bruce, along with their three dogs and his daughter Trudy and her family, including 2 grandchildren. |
