What a Great Start!

Hi Tom,
It's so nice to be on board. I told my family how impressed I was with PHP... the information, the earnest money issues that are so critical, offices that are available at SunTrust, and even a professional headshot for $25! I already have someone from my old office that's chomping at the bit to follow me here ? he's just waiting on his closing.

Thanks for all your help. Everyone is such a professional, and the office has such an upbeat atmosphere. Now that's the kind of place where you want to hang your license! And at the sales meeting, I was actually surprised because everyone seemed so comfortable and relaxed. And to see upper management so approachable was a nice change. Great Support Materials!

Good morning Tom,

I just wanted to tell you again how much I love being part of Palmer House Properties. I listed a couple of homes over the weekend. I used our editable flyer template and made two absolutely beautiful and professional flyers in very little time. Also, when I do a listing presentation, I concentrate on the services that I will provide. Your ready made listing presentation for PHP agents incorporates a lot of what I say in a concise and easy to refer back to manner. It's so professional and easy to customize. I love that it was right there and available on the intranet when I got home at 10PM!

Thanks in advance for making a new Palmer House Properties agent look good! If you ever have an agent that is on the fence about joining Palmer House, I would be very happy to talk to him/her. I never got this level of support in all the years that I was with Re/Max.

Time To Come Back to PalmerHouse

I'm inquiring about returning to PalmerHouse Properties as soon as possible. I have absolutely seen the value in working with your company since I left a few months ago. I would like to make the switch back as soon as possible. Please inform me on how I would transfer my listings and make this transition as painless as possible. I'm looking to get back on the GAMLS plan at the $59.95 a month. You can give me a call at your earliest convenience. Keeping me on the email list helped out a lot. The up-to-date information on all of the industry changes were great! The discount broker I transferred to was just that, discounted. I figured why would I stay here and fly solo when I can plug back. Keep doing what you do!
