#2- TRADITIONAL SPLIT PLANS

Want to keep your monthly costs at rock bottom? Try one of our low cost commission split plans! For $24.95 per month, earn a 90/10 split. For $19.95 earn a 80/20 split or try our $12.95 monthly affiliation fee with a 75/25 commission split.

Other Transactions

• Leases: Lease transaction fees are $100.
  However, if you’re representing the tenant, leases that are handled as referrals to the listing broker are just 10%, with a $50 minimum.
  
• Referrals: If you refer a buyer or seller to another brokerage (in or out of state) and earn a referral fee, the split is 90/10.
  
• Commercial: The commission split is 95/5 with an annual cap of $7,500, which includes fees paid on residential sales. No franchise fees apply.
  
• Teams: PalmerHouse Teams pay the lowest fees. Click here for details!
  
• Commission Cap: At PalmerHouse, you can’t pay us more than $7,500 in commissions or transaction fees!
