PalmerHouse is pleased to announce that Ann Boggs & Associates has affiliated with PalmerHouse Properties.

We are thrilled to have Ann Boggs, the Staff and all 28 Agents join the PalmerHouse family.

Ann Boggs is a long time industry veteran. Her company, Ann Boggs & Associates, did business in the Gwinnett market as a leading Century 21 broker beginning in 1978. Ann Boggs & Associates received many sales leadership awards through the years - while with Century 21 -  including the President's Award, the Quality Service Pinnacle Award, and the Centurion Office Award. At various times, Ann Boggs & Associates was the #1 Century 21 office in the state and in the top five GA Century 21 offices for almost all of the years it was in business. Ann Boggs and her agents are a widely respected Gwinnett real estate brand and we're honored to have Ann and her team affiliate with PalmerHouse.

Ann Boggs has been named President of PalmerHouse Properties, Gwinnett. Ann will continue to lead her team of agents in their long time Duluth office at 3590 Peachtree Industrial Blvd.
